1. Validity Period

   • Baravarian Sizzle eGift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, as required by Australian Consumer Law.

   • The expiry date is clearly stated on the voucher.

2. Redemption

   • Vouchers can be used to purchase food and drinks at any participating Baravarian Sizzle location.

   • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   • If the full voucher value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be available for future use within the validity period.

3. Exclusions

   • Vouchers cannot be used for third-party delivery services (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash).

   • Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts unless stated otherwise.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

   • Treat your eGift Voucher like cash. Lost, stolen, or misplaced vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

5. Changes & Cancellations

   • Baravarian Sizzle reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

   • Vouchers cannot be cancelled or exchanged once purchased, except as required by law.
